Tonight I made my first sabzi-polo ba mahi shabe eid dinner (new years even dish) AND my first Haft-Seen! It’s missing a couple elements, but it’s still festive!! :) Eid Mobarak everyone!! Happy Persian New Years at 1:11am New York time!!
